Step 2: Video InterviewOnce your resume is reviewed by our Talent Development Team, you may receive a request for a video interview. You will have two weeks to complete this step.
Step 3: In-Person AssessmentIf selected, you may be invited for a job shadow experience to assess your skills and competencies. This step helps ensure you're a great fit for the role and our team.
Step 4: Qualification ConfirmationWe may request references, verify licenses/tickets, or conduct additional checks as needed before finalizing the hiring decision.

Our hiring process begins with an application review. If selected, you’ll receive a request for a video interview. Successful candidates will then be invited for an in-person assessment. Once all qualifications are reviewed, we extend an offer of employment to the chosen candidate.
The timeline varies based on how quickly the video interview is completed and candidate availability. On average, the process takes about one week.
