Submit your application through one of our recruitment channels: our website, Indeed, career fairs/events, or in person. Ensure your resume is up to date to highlight your most relevant experience.

Step 2 Icon Step 2: Video Interview

Once your resume is reviewed by our Talent Development Team, you may receive a request for a video interview. You will have two weeks to complete this step.

Step 3 Icon Step 3: In-Person Assessment

If selected, you may be invited for a job shadow experience to assess your skills and competencies. This step helps ensure you're a great fit for the role and our team.

Step 4 Icon Step 4: Qualification Confirmation

We may request references, verify licenses/tickets, or conduct additional checks as needed before finalizing the hiring decision.

You can apply online through any of our recruitment channels, via email at recruiting@southlandtrailers.com, or in person by dropping off your resume at our main office.

Our hiring process begins with an application review. If selected, you’ll receive a request for a video interview. Successful candidates will then be invited for an in-person assessment. Once all qualifications are reviewed, we extend an offer of employment to the chosen candidate.

The timeline varies based on how quickly the video interview is completed and candidate availability. On average, the process takes about one week.

Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond to every applicant. However, if you complete a video interview, you will receive an update regarding your application status.

As a growing company, we prioritize internal promotions before seeking external candidates. We offer various training programs and continuous learning opportunities to support your career advancement.

Currently, all team members are required to work on-site to foster collaboration and innovation. However, we offer flexibility to work in different plants and even outdoor spaces when the weather allows.
