Video Interview
Once your resume is reviewed by our Team Member Experience Team, you may receive a request for a video interview.
In-Person Assessment
If selected, you may be invited for a job shadow experience to assess your skills and competencies. This step helps ensure you’re a great fit for the role and our team.
Qualification Confirmation
We may request references, verify licenses/tickets, or conduct additional checks as needed before finalizing the hiring decision.

After your application is reviewed, selected candidates may be invited to complete a video interview. Successful candidates may then move forward to an in-person assessment or job-shadow experience. Depending on the position, references, licences, tickets, certifications, or other qualifications may also be verified before a final hiring decision is made.
The timeline varies based on how quickly the video interview is completed and candidate availability. On average, the process takes about one week.

Currently, all team members are required to work on-site to foster collaboration and innovation. However, we offer flexibility to work in different plants and even outdoor spaces when the weather allows.
