Purchasing Coordinator – located in person in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Post Secondary certification in Supply Chain Management Diploma or Certificate program preferred
- Detail oriented
- Organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with suppliers, contractors and team members of all level
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities from order entry to delivery
- Ensure all orders are received in a timely manner
- Maintain positive working relationships
- Create and place purchase orders
- Manage suppliers rejects and returns (merchandise that is defective, obsolete, or received by mistake)
- Related projects and duties as required
