We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the team member experience by supporting various HR functions that foster a positive and engaging work environment. Your contributions will help align HR strategies with the organization’s goals, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
- Provide support for internal transfers, helping employees navigate opportunities for growth within the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team member relations, offering guidance and support to both team members and coaches on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with performance management processes, ensuring effective feedback and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support the offboarding process as needed, ensuring a professional and positive exit experience.
- Assist with payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely processing.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

- Develop and implement initiatives to foster team member engagement, including organizing team-building events, recognition programs, and conducting team member surveys.
- Act as the liaison with Training and Development to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Support the HR Manager with various HR initiatives and tasks as needed.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources Management or related program is considered an asset
- 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources Role
- CPHR Designation preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a people-centered personality
- Strong understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations and practices
- Fluent on Office 365 and able to work on other software/website platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
